The M306 is a general purpose, jumper-configurable analog servo-controller designed to provide closed-loop control of hydraulic actuator systems. The M306 has been used in hundreds of diverse applications ranging from geothermal steam turbine steam valve servo control to ship-board gas turbine fuel valve actuator control. We have a direct replacement for the M306, the DSC100.

The TS110 is an analog self-powered single loop controller that has been sold and supported since 1990. It was designed to be used as a replacement for mechanical-hydraulic controllers found on general purpose steam turbines. It’s been used to control turbines in applications ranging from cane crushing drives in remote sugar refining mills to auxiliary pumps in petroleum refining facilities. We have a direct replacement for the TS110, the TS300.

The TS310 is the most popular digital controller Tri-Sen has made. The 310 was first released in 1984 as a user configurable turbine controller for pretty much anything that had to drive something else, including steam turbines, gas turbines, diesel or gas engines, driving generators, pumps, compressors, expanders and even hydroturbines. Functionality includes speed control, start-up control, process control, extraction/admission control, nozzle valves, generator control and overspeed trip. We have direct replacements for the TS310 using the 310SV (for single valve applications) or the TS320 (for two-valve applications) for future applications and upgrades.

The TS410 was Tri-Sen’s second digital turbine control system specifically designed for turbine control in critical applications (the first was the TS500, oddly enough). The TS410 was released in the mid-1980s and continued to be sold through the 90s. As an alternative to repair we have an economical direct replacement solution using the TSx. Send us your 410 configuration and we’ll have a TSx system ready to install in 6 weeks.

The TS160 is a “stand-alone” multi-loop microprocessor based controller designed to control compressor surge and performance for motor or turbine-driven centrifugal and axial compressors in process applications, including refineries, petrochemicals, paper manufacturing and gas transmission pipelines. If form factor isn’t an issue, we have some great replacement ideas we’d love to discuss with you. Also, check out our TS160 Last Buy discount program.
